It is possible to drag and drop the bookmarks. Try click the mouse over one of your bookmarks, hold the mouse button down -> drag it a little down and release the mouse button. Your bookmark will now have a new place. You can also drag bookmarks to another folder. This is mostly way easier than using the Bookmarks Manager.

It is also possible to drag a page from the address bar to your personal bookmarks toolbar or to your bookmarks. If you want to this you need to drag the icon that is left of http. I sometimes use this when i quickly want to drag the current site of the address bar to my personal toolbar.
